Dorsch presentation at BIM Virtual 2020 in Munich
The Dorsch Gruppe is participating in the conference "BIM Virtual" on 24th and 25th November 2020 in Munich, which will take place solely in digital form for the first time due to Covid19 restrictions.
The focus of BIM Virtual is on the exchange between participants, exhibitors and experts – with a significantly expanded international target group. Around 100 exhibitors, numerous start-ups and more than 100 presentations make the BIM Virtual a highlight in 2020. Up to three parallel live streams and live panel discussions will take place on the two days. All presentations will be made available “on-demand” and can be accessed directly after the online event. The Conference Agenda can be accessed here: https://www.bim-world.de/program#agenda
On November 24th at 11:30 a.m., Maximilian Schmidt and Stephan Grundler from Buildings and Architecture division in Wiesbaden will give an online presentation on their experience with digitisation and BIM. Under the title "Hält die digitale Baustelle, was sie verspricht? Vor(ur)teile und Praxisbeispiele" the building construction experts will give a lecture (in German language) on the new construction of a school building complex which is part of a nationwide programme for the conversion and new construction of approx. 40 schools for the US Army in Germany. The new Kaiserslautern Middle School is located in the military property Kaiserslautern-Vogelweh and offers space for 820 students in grades 6-8.
